A few snaps from last week's assembly where Mrs McKay reminded us about the 'Zones of Regulation' - a programme that has had a huge impact at our school. You will see it displayed in every room of our school!
The Zones of Regulation is based around the use of four colours to help children self-identify how they're feeling and categorise it based on colour. They learn different strategies to cope and manage their emotions based on which colour zone they are in.
