Primary 1 enjoyed their visit to the People's Park on Thursday. They took part in some fun and active Literacy and Numeracy lessons in groups with friends. Their focus in Numeracy was on creating 2D shapes using natural materials such as sticks and stones whilst in Literacy they were using a checklist to find signs of spring such as bees and worms. Of course they were able to visit the park for a play before walking back to school. A brilliant day for all!
